All of our cakes are baked in house, from scratch. We only use buttercream frosting. We do not work with fondant or gum paste.
About Our Wedding Cakes
Cake Lingo
A "layer" a piece of cake that is inside the cake and alternating with filling.
A "tier" is a cake stacked on top of another cake.
A "serving" is a standard slice of cake allocated per person
Basic Cakes
Our entry level of cakes, these cakes come with cake and American buttercream filling only.
Classic Cakes
Our second level of cakes, these cakes come cake and mousse filling for a delicious light texture and flavor.
Signature Cakes
Our top level cakes consist of more elevated flavors such as fruit fillings with mousse fillings and/or specialty flavors of buttercreams.
Sizes
All of our cakes come with 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling. They are approximately 5"- 6" tall.
All our cakes are round. We do not make square or shaped cakes.
Style
We only work with buttercream frosting on the outside of our cakes.
Our default flavor is vanilla buttercream.
We do not work with Fondant.
Final price is dependent on the style category - Naked, Detailed or Elaborate.
