For example, you want a next day delivery and place and order, but we cannot deliver it until 2 days out, per our policy. We will not refund you and the order will follow the production and delivery timeline.

If you request customization on a product that does not allow customization, it will not be added to the order and will be made to the product and bakery standard. Refunds will not be issued for this oversight.
