Delivery
- Delivery is only available to the Eastside at this time, Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
- Please enter the delivery zip code in the cart checkout page to populate the delivery fee. If delivery is an option for the entered zip code, you will see the associated delivery fee under “shipping.” If a delivery fee does not populate, and you only see “Store Pick Up,” then delivery is not available and the items must be pick up during store business hours.
- Please make sure to note the product production timeline for delivery.
- We do not offer next day delivery.

By placing an order online and making payment you adhere to the following terms:
- Artistic Interpretation: I understand that variations in product color, details, styles or design are to be expected from the photos shown on the website. We reserve the right to artistic interpretation. Refunds will not be given for this reason.
- Refunds: No refunds will be given for cancelled or forfeit orders. Any order not picked up within 48 hours of the pick up date will be discarded, no refund will be issued.
- Production Schedule: We require a minimum of 3 business days to add your order to our schedule and produce the order. Any order placed under this minimum will not be guaranteed to be confirmed on our schedule.
- Order Pick Up Day – Deadline Date by 5pm
- Monday – Order by Friday
- Tuesday – Order by Saturday

- Customization: If you request customization on a product that does not allow customization, it will not be added to the order and will be made to the product and bakery standard. Refunds will not be issued for this oversight.
