- Artistic Interpretation: I understand that variations in product color, details, styles or design are to be expected from the photos shown on the website. We reserve the right to artistic interpretation. Refunds will not be given for this reason.
- Refunds: No refunds will be given for cancelled or forfeit orders. Any order not picked up within 48 hours of the pick up date will be discarded, no refund will be issued.
- Production Schedule: We require a minimum of 3 business days to add your order to our schedule and produce the order. Any order placed under this minimum will not be guaranteed to be confirmed on our schedule.

- Customization: If you request customization on a product that does not allow customization, it will not be added to the order and will be made to the product and bakery standard. Refunds will not be issued for this oversight.
