We know that wedding planning can be a lot. Every business runs a little differently. So here is a list of commonly asked questions to help you in your process. 


Frequently asked questions

How Far in Advance Should We Contact You for Our Wedding?

Please reach out to us 3-6 months before your wedding to schedule a tasting appointment or to place an order. If you are contacting us before 6 months, please make sure you are ready to discuss your wedding details and have all "major" vendors booked prior. This helps with the consultation portion of the tasting.

What Kinds of Cakes Do You Offer?

We specialize in small cutting cakes and small 2 tiered cakes in elegant buttercrean designs. We do not work with fondant or gum paste. We work with a set menu of cake flavors. We do not mix and match fillings and flavors. The largest 2 tiered cake we make serves 50-70 people We do not make sheet cakes. What Kinds of Desserts Do You Offer?

We love making dessert bars! We currently offer regular sized cupcakes, cake pops, sugar cookies, brownies and mini cheesecakes. At this time we are not offering any other desserts or custom requests for types of desserts. We do not make mini cupcakes.

Allergy and Dietary Restrictions?

We offer a limited selection of gluten free cupcakes and cake pops. We are not a certified gluten free bakery. Some of our desserts contain nuts or nut extracts, therefore we are not a nut-free bakery. We love eggs and sugar! All of our desserts contain eggs. We cannot adjust the amount of sugar in our desserts. We use what the recipe calls for in order to produce a quality product. If you have any other questions please let us know but we would advise to use your discretion when consuming our desserts if there are known allergies. Thank you.

Do You Offer Dessert Packages?

All of our desserts are priced per dozen which allows you to have the most flexibility with your dessert table. After your consultation, we will put together a custom quote with the desserts of interest based on the estimated number of guests, which we will finalize 1 month before the wedding.

Do You Offer Tasting Appointments?

We are currently offering tastings in a to-go format with a zoom follow up consultation call after. Please see our calendar for next available Open House tasting dates. We will be holding tasting pick up dates once a month from Jan - May. During peak wedding season (Jul-Sep), tastings will be scheduled on an as needed basis. Our cake tasting menu includes are most popular Classic cake and Signature cake flavors. Not all flavors are available for tasting at this time. Tastings must be scheduled in advance. Please view our wedding cake menu and pricing HERE You can also choose from a variety of desserts that we carry in our shop to try during business hours, no appointment needed, desserts subject to availability. Do You Offer Consultations?

Currently, we only offer scheduled appointments via zoom. We do not do any in person consultation in the shop as we are very busy and in production during business hours. Please see our website photo gallery and/or social media pages for pictures of our work. We do not have pictures in store. Please see our wedding consultation page to learn more abour our process.

Do You Offer Set Up and Delivery?

Yes! We do offer delivery to wedding venues in King and Snohomish County for a fee. The delivery fee and set up fee is based on distant to the venue and labor to set up, in applicable. Most delivery fees range from $25-$150. Order minimum may apply for some venues or dates. Any order outside of King/Snohomish county will require a $500 order minimum plus the delivery fee and subject to availability. Please send us an email for more information and availability.

Do You Provide Cake Stands for Cakes and Dessert Bars?

Cake stands and crates may be rented from us with your wedding order. Details will be discussed during the tasting appointment. We currently have white porcelain stands, finished wood stands and crates, black metal, galvanized and clear (crystal) stands. Cake stands may only be rented exclusively with our desserts. We do not rent stands for other desserts provided/catered by other vendors.

We love our "Friend-ors." We are very involved in the wedding industry and have met some fantastic fellow business owners that we love to work with. There are many more that are not on this list we could recommend so please don't be afraid to ask. This is just a "short" list of some of our all stars!
