We happily take custom orders for parties, weddings, corporate events and special occasions.
To place an order or to inquire about pricing, please email us. We try to respond to all requests within 24 hours.
Please be sure to add information about your event such as date, colors or theme, type of desserts you are interested in and location of the event or desired delivery location.
**Comcast Email Addresses - if you have a Comcast.net email address please note that sometimes the Comcast email serve blocks our email responses. If you have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please try and contact us with a different email address. We apologize for this inconvenience**
Order Timeline: Our production time is dependent on the orders we receive. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible as we take orders on a "first come" basis. We recommend a minimum of 3-5 days notice for cookies, cake pops and cupcakes and 7+ days for cakes. We do not take last minute cake orders.
For large orders over 100 we recommend a 7-10 days minimum.
Delivery: We deliver to most of King County and Snohomish County, delivery fees and some exclusions may apply.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our business, all sales are final. Payment is due before pick up. Cancellations prior to the event will still be charged at 100% and a 10% per day late fee for any unpaid balances will incur. Orders may be rescheduled depending on the nature of the product and within a minimum of 5 days notice of the event.
