Where Are You Located?
We are located in Kirkland Totem Lake off of NE 124th ST & Slater AVE NE near Toyota of Kirkland and Lucky 7 Saloon.
What Are Your Hours?
Our store is currently open Monday through Friday 11am - 6pm.
What is the Timeline for Ordering?
Our production timeline is dependent on the orders we receive on a first come, first served basis. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible.
Do You Deliver?
Yes we deliever to King and Snohomish County for a fee, some exclusions and order minimums may apply. Delivery outside of service area will have an order minimum plus delivery fee. Please contact us for details or specify in your order.
What is Your Refund/Cancellation Policy?
Due to the custom nature of our business, all sales are final. Payment for custom orders is due by date on invoice to ensure inclusion on our production schedule. An order is not considered confirmed and on the production schedule until payment is made.
Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?
Due to the custom nature of our products and the labor required to make our desserts with quality and care, we do not offer bulk discounts.
