How Do I Place a Custom Order?
All custom orders must be placed via email. We do not accept custom orders in person.

If you have a "___@Comcast.net" email address please note that sometimes the Comcast email serve blocks our email responses. If you have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please try and contact us with a different email address or giving us a call during business hours. We apologize for this inconvenience.
GMAIL - We are currently experiencing the gmail server filtering out our emails to customers or customer's emails to us. If you do not hear back from us within 1-2 business days, please contact us via phone.

What is the Timeline for Placing a Custom Order?
Our production timeline is dependent on the orders we receive on a first come, first served basis. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible.
Cookies: Minimum of 7 days
Cake Pops: Minimum of 5 days
Cupcakes: Minimum of 3 days
Cakes: Minimum of 7 days*
*We do not take last minute custom cake orders. Please see our order online page for available preselected cakes.
Large Orders (over 250) - We recommend 7-10 business days
Please note that we have pre-designed cookies and treats on our online web shop. These can have a faster turnaround time. Please see the product detail pages for more information.
Do You Deliver?
We currently only offer delivery to to the following Eastside zip codes. 98033,98034, 98052, 98004, 98005, 98007, 98008, 98072, 98011, 98028.
We can deliver outside of these area for large orders depending on availability.
What is Your Refund/Cancellation Policy?
Due to the custom nature of our business, all sales are final. Payment for custom orders is due by date on invoice to ensure inclusion on our production schedule. An order is not considered confirmed and on the production schedule until payment is made.
If the order is cancelled within 5 days of the event/delivery date, the order will still be charged at 100%, and if the product/order was made, it will need to be picked up. No refunds will be given.
For any unpaid balances, a 10% per day late fee will incur after invoice date.
Orders may be rescheduled depending on the nature of the product and within a minimum of 7 days notice of the event/delivery date.
Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?
Due to the custom nature of our products and the labor required to make our desserts with quality and care, we do not offer bulk discounts.
What is Considered a Custom Order?
Custom orders are cakes, cake pops cookies and other treats that are not available to order in our online shop. These can be found in our photo gallery.
We carry our most popular cakes, cookie assortments, cake pops and cupcakes in our online web shop and those orders can be placed directly through the website.
We recommend checking our online shop first before placing a custom order. We take a limited amount of custom orders a week but can usually accommodate an order from our pre-styled online shop options.
